West Bay Cottage
The ancient fishing village of Gourdon is one off Aberdeenshires most attractive settlements with its 1820 working harbour and fascinating coastal walks.
The existing traditional built cottage is located to the south of Gourdon village and is ideally located to enjoy the panoramic views of the coastline to the east. The existing dwelling front elevation, boundary wall and adjacent garage are all positioned hard against the main road which is a common design feature throughout the village. The existing cottage has recently been completely renovated externally and internally to a very high standard by the current owners. The existing garage is small and its ‘L’ shape configuration is not conducive to being practical and in turn leaves a small unusable courtyard space between the garage and dwelling.
