With the lease term nearing its end the owners appointed MACGILLIVRAY ARCHITECTS LIMITED and the other consultants to prepare a series of feasibility studies. These have been refined to meet market demands and a robust cost plan prepared for its re development. This exciting opportunity will see a substantial existing commercial property be brought back to life. The key element to its re use was the ratio of office to warehouse / fabrication space. Due to the current business rates the ratio was addressed inline with current market demands which makes the existing facility more inline with the needs of the end user and also retains the opportunity to increase the office accommodation at a later date if required.
